The recipient can redeem their gift certificate at any time. The coach will not initiate contact with the gift recipient, allowing them to take the lead in starting the coaching engagement when they feel ready. Communication regarding the coaching experience will exclusively occur between the recipient and the coach. The gift giver acknowledges that this experience is a personal journey shared between the client (recipient) and the coach. This gift is non-returnable and non-transferable.
