My coaching is designed to meet you in those in-between places: the moments when something is shifting, asking to be understood, tended to, or reimagined.

Whether you’re arriving as an individual, a leader, or on behalf of an organization, the heart of this work is simple: helping you reconnect with your inner clarity so you can move through life and work with more intention, steadiness, and self-trust.

This work is both reflective and practical—creating space for deeper self-understanding while supporting meaningful, sustainable movement forward. Together, we slow down enough to listen more honestly to what’s unfolding beneath the surface, untangle what no longer fits, and move toward a way of living and working that feels more aligned with who you are now.


Personal & Professional Coaching Packages

A steady, relational partnership for those moving through meaningful change.

This work is for people who find themselves in a moment of transition—personally, professionally, internally, or some blend of all three—and want support making sense of where they are and what comes next.

Sometimes that looks like navigating a career shift, burnout, uncertainty, changing relationships, or questions around identity and direction. Sometimes it’s harder to name. Just a quiet sense that something is changing, asking for attention, or no longer fits in the way it once did.

Together, we create space to:

  • Slow down and listen inward

  • Get clear on what’s actually happening beneath the surface

  • Work through patterns that feel stuck, heavy, or repeating

  • Make grounded, aligned decisions about what comes next

  • Move forward in a way that feels more like you

This is reflective, attuned coaching that balances insight with intentional forward movement. The work is spacious, relational, and honest—while still supporting clarity, integration, and meaningful change over time.

What This Work Includes

Bi-weekly 60-minute 1:1 sessions

Each session offers a grounded pause—a place to reflect, explore what’s emerging beneath the surface, and gently untangle the patterns, questions, or decisions you’re navigating.

Sessions are spacious and relational while still oriented toward forward movement, helping insight translate into intentional action and sustainable change.

Between-session support

You don’t have to hold everything until our next session.

Between meetings, you’ll have access to light, intentional support through brief written or voice check-ins, along with one focused 15-minute “in-the-moment” support session each month for time-sensitive moments, difficult decisions, or periods of uncertainty.

This support helps create continuity between sessions so the work feels grounded in real life—not just something that exists inside the coaching hour.

Curated reflections and tools

You’ll receive thoughtful prompts, practices, and resources tailored to how you naturally process and integrate.

These reflections are designed to help insights land more fully, deepen awareness, and support intentional movement between sessions.

Flexible engagement options

Coaching engagements are available in 3-, 6-, and 12-month formats depending on the depth of support and integration you’re seeking.

Some clients arrive wanting support around a specific transition or challenge. Others are looking for a steadier space to reconnect with themselves more deeply over time. Together, we determine the rhythm and depth of support that feels most aligned for where you are.

This work is especially supportive if you’re navigating transition, burnout, identity shifts, uncertainty, growth, or the desire to live and work in a way that feels more honest, sustainable, and aligned.


Exploration Package (new clients)

A lower-commitment way to experience the work.

If you’re curious about coaching but not yet ready to commit to a longer engagement, the Exploration Package offers a grounded place to begin.

Across two sessions, we focus on a specific question, challenge, transition, or area of stuckness while beginning to explore the deeper patterns and possibilities connected to it.

This is not about rushing toward answers or forcing clarity. It’s about creating enough space to step out of the noise, listen more closely to yourself, and begin making sense of what’s asking for attention.

Includes

  • Two sessions over 3–4 weeks

  • Focused support around a specific area of need

  • Reflection and grounded next steps between sessions

This offering is designed as an initial experience of coaching and a meaningful way to experience the work before entering into a longer-term partnership.


Leadership Coaching

Support for leaders who want to lead with clarity, integrity, and presence.

This work is for leaders, founders, and professionals carrying responsibility for people, decisions, or systems—and wanting to lead in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and aligned.

Leadership here is not approached simply as performance, productivity, or strategy, but as a lived human experience shaped by pressure, identity, values, communication, and choice.

Together, we explore the inner landscape that shapes how you lead: how you communicate under pressure, navigate uncertainty, hold boundaries, make decisions, and stay connected to yourself while carrying responsibility for others.

Common areas of focus include:

Leadership coaching is offered as a minimum 3-month engagement to support meaningful traction, integration, and sustainable growth over time.


Coaching & Facilitation for Organizations

A human-centered approach to growth, clarity, and collective effectiveness.

Organizations are shaped by the inner lives of the people within them—their responsibilities, pressures, values, relationships, and the many roles they carry.

I partner with organizations to support leaders and teams through periods of growth, transition, and change in a way that centers both effectiveness and humanity.

This work creates reflective spaces where people can slow down, communicate more honestly, and better understand what’s unfolding beneath the surface—supporting stronger relationships, healthier team dynamics, and more intentional ways of working together.

Offerings may include:

Private Small-Group Coaching

A tailored, shared coaching experience for friends, peers, or colleagues who want to grow together.

This offering brings together a small group of individuals who want to explore meaningful questions in a thoughtful, supported way. It’s designed for those who value depth, reflection, and shared learning—and who feel drawn to grow alongside others in a setting that is both structured and spacious.

Each group is formed around a shared theme or season of life, creating a sense of coherence while honoring the individuality each person brings. The work unfolds through guided conversation, quiet reflection, and collective inquiry, allowing insight to emerge both personally and through the group dynamic.

This offering is well suited for those who:

  • Value growth through shared reflection and thoughtful dialogue

  • Are navigating a transition or period of change they don’t want to face alone

  • Appreciate structure and facilitation alongside openness and flow

  • Want to deepen self-awareness while learning from the perspectives of others

Groups are intentionally small—typically 4–6 participants—to support trust, presence, and genuine connection. This creates a container that feels both grounded and spacious, allowing insight to unfold naturally over time.
